At Livns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns

You may return any unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise purchased from our online store within 5 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at Livns@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +923291743155 to inform us about your order number and video of the defective item(s).Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork and parts. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.Free delivery will be provided to users in such case.Drop off the package at your nearest post office or shipping center.Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to you via Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

1-If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at Livns@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +923291743155 to inform us about your order number and mentioning the item(s) you wish to exchange for.
2-Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork and parts. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a successful exchange.
3-Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
4-Drop off the package at your nearest post office or shipping center.
Once we receive your exchanged item(s), we will ship the new item(s) to you within 5-7 business days.
